District Deputy SK Kevin Brinkman presents GK Luke Manley with the Council's Quick Start Honor Role 2023-2024 Award. Council 10463 was also presented its' Star Council Award for 2022-2023. This marks the 9th year that our Council has been recognized as a Star Council.
