We are looking forward to another great DCYC conference in Waco. The DCYC 2020 (62th Anniversary) conference starts Friday, Jan 31 and here are some details you should know.
The conference starts at 7:00 PM on Friday and ends at 12:00 PM on Sunday.What to bring: List from DCYC book.Suggest Packing ListTHE NECESSITIES• Personal toiletries• Comfortable, modest clothes• Comfortable shoes and clean socks• Light jacket — it will be a little chilly during the evenings• Pajamas• Bible and rosary• A snack to share with your youth ministry friends• Appropriate clothes for Sunday Mass If you or your teens wish to serve at Mass, jeans or T-shirts will not be permitted.• An open heart and mind!OPTIONAL• A camera to photograph memories
• A journal for prayer times• A book of prayers• Spending money — there will be a number of vendors selling items such as t-shirts, CDs, prayer books, etc.NOT RECOMMENDED• Cell phones may only be used when your youth minister authorizes it or as directed by conference leaders• Valuable jewelry
